With a maximum print resolution Color Up to 1200 x 1200 dpi (mono) / up to 4800 x 1200 dpi (color), you will get accurate black and white prints like what you see on your PC screen. Paper Handling (250-sheet input tray, 150-sheet output tray, ADF – 50 sheets). For monthly duty cycles of up to 15.000 pages (Recommended Monthly Volume: 1500 – 5000 pages).

4-ink cartridges Color Supported Palette (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). The inkjet system uses Four HP OfficeJet Pro 8500a ink cartridges: 1 black cartridge, 3 color cartridge (cyan, magenta, yellow). The HP 940XL Black Ink Cartridge (HP Genuine OEM-C4906AN), for high-quality (monochrome) black and white printing, 2,200 pages yield and the HP 940XL Cyan Ink Cartridge (HP Genuine OEM-C4907AN), HP 940XL Magenta Ink Cartridge (HP Genuine OEM-C4908AN), HP 940XL Yellow Ink Cartridge (HP Genuine OEM-C4909AN), ink cartridge (Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow), each color 1,400 pages yield.
