HP ENVY 5542 Print Performance:

HP ENVY 5542 Series Inkjet colour can produce drafts with print speeds of up to 12 ppm (B/W) – Letter A (8.5 in x 11 in) and Up to 8 ppm (Color) – Letter A Size (8.5 in x 11 in). First Print Out Time B/W 19 seconds. With a maximum print resolution Color Up to 1200 x 1200 dpi (mono) / up to 4800 x 1200 dpi (colour), you will get accurate black and white prints like what you see on your PC screen. For monthly duty cycles of up to 1,000 pages.

HP ENVY 5542 Ink / Cartridges:

Color Ink Supported Palette (Cyan, magenta, yellow, black pigment). The HP 62XL (Black) ink cartridge, for high-quality (monochrome) black and white printing, is fast and easy, 600 pages yield and the HP 62XL Tricolor ink cartridge (for quality photo printing), 415 pages yield.
